These vouchers are for two separate experiences. We are enrolled to accept the Steam Train Ride for 2 portion of the voucher but do not participate in the Afternoon Tea portion of the scheme. You will need to take this portion at an alternative venue. To visit us for the Steam Train Ride for 2, simply exchange the activated voucher at the ticket office on the day you wish to travel. Please note we are unable to provide upgrades from these vouchers to our Derbyshire Countryman experiences.

We do however sell vouchers for Afternoon Tea through Experience Days. Holders of these vouchers will need to call us on 01629 823076 to book.

All of our Derbyshire Countryman dining experiences depart from Wirksworth Station (DE4 4FB). Boarding usually commences around 20 minutes prior to your booked time. The train may leave without you if you are not on time.

We can cater for the majority of common dietary requirements, for example, non-gluten products, vegetarian. We also offer a vegan option on most of our experiences except for Afternoon Tea. Please note that food is prepared in the same area as products containing nuts and gluten. If you have a specific dietary requirement, please contact us to discuss it.

We offer an at-seat bar service on board our dining experiences which is payable at the end of the journey by credit or debit card. In addition, we have The Apollo Bar at Wirksworth Station open to visit prior or after your journey

Each Derbyshire Countryman experience has the ability to accommodate two wheelchairs. Please call us on 01629 823076 to discuss availability of the wheelchair spaces for your chosen experience.

We sell stored balance electronic vouchers which are sent by email. You load the evoucher with the required amount of credit for the experience you would like the recipient to receive and they spend it with us like cash to make a booking. Buy evouchers

Should you cancel or rearrange the following policy applies:

• At least 7 days prior to your visit - a full refund will be considered
• Within 7 days of your booking - we will endeavour to provide an evoucher to the value of your booking but there will be no refund
• On the day of your booking - Should you not arrive for the train, you're late, or you cancel on the day of the booking then no refund or credit voucher will be offered.
