Afternoon Elegance: Luxury Afternoon Tea
If your heart desires the classic charm of a British afternoon, join us earlier on Saturday 14 February for the Luxury Afternoon Tea, which is available from 12.45-2.30pm.
Served on traditional tiered vintage stands, in our restored 1950s carriages, you will be treated to a selection of freshly-prepared sandwiches, delicate pastries and pillowy scones, with thick clotted cream and jam. Served with Taylor’s of Harrogate fine tea or freshly brewed coffee.
Set in traditional vintage coaches, our luxury afternoon tea will certainly add something extra special to your visit.
Indulge on board with a classic British favourite, our luxury Afternoon Tea. You will be presented with a beautiful vintage stand for a service of freshly made sandwiches, scones with jam and cream and selection of cake and pastries.
Not forgetting our selection of Taylor’s of Harrogate’s exceptional tea and coffee!

A Night of Romance: The Valentine’s Day Special
On the evening of Saturday 14 February, you will be welcomed on board the Derbyshire Countryman and offered a complementary glass of Prosecco, before you are escorted to your seat.
Once the train leaves the station at 6.30pm, you can sit back, relax and let us spoil you on this romantic evening as you travel through unspoilt Derbyshire countryside in one of our beautifully restored heritage carriages, pulled by a steam locomotive.
Savour the freshly prepared dishes as you journey along our heritage line and take in the sights. To complement your meal choose from our drinks menu, from local beers and international lagers, to fine wines and a selection of soft drinks.
