Volunteering and Cadets

We are happy to welcome volunteers to the railway. If you would like to join us in your spare time we have a range of interesting and stimulating tasks to perform.

Cadets

We are happy to accept young people of age of 13 or above to help restore our railway. They can get involved in a variety of tasks including Ticket Inspection and Booking Hall, as well as small projects. Please note that for safety reasons there are certain limitations on what young people can do at the railway.
